✅️We ship most products internationally.
Available product lines, shipping rates, and fees may vary depending on the delivery country and address. The delivery time varies by the Postal Service, Destination country's Postal Service, and Customs clearance procedures. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery time. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. If you have any questions regarding the shipping charges & customs duties, please feel free to contact us. 
*For some countries, we can not offer international shipping because of delivery time, tracking information, customs clearance, import duty, and COVID-19 airline limitation.


✅️Shipping & Handling Time / Estimated Delivery Time

• Our Shipping & Handling Time for most items is 1-3 days. However, delays may occasionally occur. If you have any concerns regarding your order status, please feel free to contact us and we will respond promptly.
• Standard Shipping(Korea Post Office): 2-4 weeks (It could take 4-8 weeks if customs clearance and import duty check caused delays)                                      
  -For standard shipping, In some U.S. states and some countries, there may be instances where tracking information is not provided by the destination country, making it difficult to confirm delivery completion. Please keep this in mind.
Express Shipping(FedEx) : 3-7 days (It could take 2-3 weeks if customs clearance and import duty check caused delays)
(If there is a severe weather condition, the shipping & delivery time could be varied depending on the status of the weather condition.)

✅️In the case of remote area, additional shipping costs may be incurred, and we are informing you in a separate email. (Even if you wish to cancel your order due to the remote area surcharge, it will still be classified as a change of mind.)

✅️If the recipient fails to pay the applicable customs duties and taxes locally and those charges are subsequently billed back to us, you will be required to reimburse us in an amount equal to twice the taxes we paid. If reimbursement is not made, the matter may be reported to your local customs authorities, which could result in significantly higher penalties and additional tax liabilities. Furthermore, your access to our store may be restricted in the future.

✅️In cases of delivery failure caused by the buyer’s responsibility — such as absence of the recipient at the time of delivery or non-payment of customs duties — only a partial refund will be issued, with a 5% processing fee and the round-trip shipping costs deducted.
