Shipping Policy

Return & Refund Policy

Versand

We ship most products internationally.
Available product lines, shipping rates, and fees may vary depending on the delivery country and address. The delivery time varies by the Postal Service, Destination country's Postal Service, and Customs clearance procedures. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery time. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. If you have any questions regarding the shipping charges & customs duties, please feel free to contact us. *For some countries, we can not offer international shipping because of delivery time, tracking information, customs clearance, import duty, and COVID-19 airline limitation.

Shipping & Handling Time / Estimated Delivery Time

• Our Shipping & Handling Time for most items is 1-3 days. In case we are unable to ship the items within 3 business days, we will notify you of the shipping status immediately.
• Standard Shipping(Korea Post Office): 2-4 weeks (It could take 4-8 weeks if customs clearance and import duty check caused delays)
-For standard shipping, In some U.S. states and some countries, there may be instances where tracking information is not provided by the destination country, making it difficult to confirm delivery completion. Please keep this in mind.
• Express Shipping(FedEx) : 3-7 days (It could take 2-3 weeks if customs clearance and import duty check caused delays)

In the case of outer regions, additional shipping costs may be incurred, and we are informing you in a separate email.

If there is a severe weather condition, the shipping & delivery time could be varied depending on the status of the weather condition.

If you refuse to receive it without paying customs duties, the remainder of the amount excluding the round-trip shipping cost will be refunded.

Widerrufsrecht

We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at pokioh.shop@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We sell Manufacture Sealed Products, we are not responsible for any manufacture defects to the packaging or contents this can include but is not limited too the following: Small rips to the plastic, dings on corners, scuffs to the plastic, or any other imperfections to the packaging material, the contents are packaged by the manufacture and any indiscretions is out of our control.

Serious damage to the card in the box : Please attach a video taken before removing the plastic bag and contact us.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
In the case of a refund due to a simple change of mind, we will refund the amount excluding the 5% fee.
There will be NO REFUNDS or RETURNS on preorder product. These items are ordered from our suppliers, as orders are placed through the website.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
